Vera Institute of Justice

In collaboration with Vera’s in-house design team and Co_Ed Studios, I produced this brand video to elevate Vera’s profile and bring its mission to life. More than just an introduction, the piece helps Vera tell a cohesive story about who they are and why their work matters—showcasing their values, their vision, and the people driving change. A brand video like this serves as a powerful tool for reaching new audiences, strengthening identity, and inspiring supporters to connect more deeply with Vera’s mission.

5 Things You Can Do To Advance Justice Now

In 2025, federal threats like mass deportations, harsher crime policies, and an expanded death penalty loom large, but real change is still possible at the state and local level. This video explores how you can take action: from stopping mass deportations to ending forced prison labor and shutting down inhumane jails, here’s how you can fight for justice where it matters most. I created this in collaboration with my Communications colleagues at Vera Institute of Justice.

Immigration Detention is Wrong

I co-produced, filmed and edited this video for the Vera Institute of Justice to expose the human toll of the U.S. immigration detention system. Every day, tens of thousands of people—longtime community members, parents, and asylum seekers—are locked in ICE detention under conditions that cause lasting harm. Through powerful imagery and testimony, the piece challenges the false notion that detention ensures safety and calls for investment in real, community-based solutions that protect human dignity and strengthen families.
